Changes

December 16, 2008 at 5:32 pm by Claudia

I’ve been home today with plenty to do, but basically I’ve been playing around with my blog. I’ve been wanting to change the background and add something to the sides of the blog. HTML codes are like reading Greek to me. I’ve played and played, deleted, become frustrated, and finally found something I like. I’m going to keep it around for a while and see if I continue to like it. Believe me, the very fact that I actually got something to appear on the blog was a miracle. Now I have to stop.

I’ve added a photo of Mr. Riley, as he is usually elusive and hard to photograph. The other day he sat at the top of the stairs to our den and just stared at me as if to say, “Go ahead, take the picture why don’t you!” So I did.

Oh gosh, this photo made me laugh! What a funny look on his face, sort of tolerant, but not really.

Your blog looks so nice. It’s interesting learning new things like html, isn’t it? I’ve learned to pick my times to try new things, because I’ve learned that once I start, the time flies by. Then, I sort of feel guilty, but then I just remind myself that at least I’m still trying to learn sometimes difficult things, and that’s a good thing.

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
