Don Singing Dylan in a Movie

November 7, 2010 at 9:31 am by Claudia

Hello everyone. Just wanted to share this video from a movie Don did with  Renee Zellwegger. It’s called My Own Love Song and in it he plays a homeless man. You can catch a glimpse of him in the background with his long beard! He got to cover a Bob Dylan song – I Believe in You.  I’m so proud of him!

Oh Claudia this is so exciting!!! I am thrilled for Don and for you! He is so talented…an actor, singer AND songwriter too! That’s just amazing talent. Growing up with a father who played guitar and also wrote songs, I know how special that is. I am sure he has written songs for you too….that’s the most special of all. Good luck to Don…this is HUGE!! BTW….he’s got a great voice….love it.

You have every right to be proud girl…I’d have him strumming a guitar and singing for me right now…amidst the fallen leaves and dog hair! :)))) I’ve loved your birthday month posts…Fall brings out reflection in all of us :)))

Hi Claudia, wow, what a wonderful gift! Does he serenade you at home? That would be so romantic! I love to sing along with a friend of ours who plays the guitar but I’m afraid my singing voice is not so great. Just became a follower, can you believe it? I thought I had done that months ago! Ciao, bella!

I really loved this song, his laid back style reminds me of one of my fathers favorites when I was growing up Don Williams. Does your husband have a CD and what Genre does he normally play? I could listen to this all day, very good!

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
