These are daffodils from last year’s garden. I have resorted to posting this photo because we are getting MORE SNOW tonight and into tomorrow! The last prediction I heard was 4-6 inches. We are trying not to be too depressed, but we have had our fill.
Spring cannot come soon enough. It is supposed to warm up next week, but in the meantime – more shoveling, more salt.
Are the rest of you dreaming of spring? For some reason this particular winter has been a bit harder to bear than most. The wonderful thing is that as soon as the air begins to feel spring-like and the first buds are revealing themselves, all will be forgiven and forgotten. That is what is amazing about the seasons. Soon enough we will be cleaning up the garden, adding compost, planting, happily puttering away.
I must be patient.

More snow!! We have only had less than an inch and were suppose to get much more. Now they are giving flurries tonight! Monday is suppose to be 68 degrees. I just want one or the other. Either snow or come on spring!! :o)
