For heaven’s sake. Enough already.
We’ve now had three nor’easters in less than two weeks.
The only thing saving me from screaming my head off is that I’m leaving for NYC today. That means I don’t give a fig about plowing the driveway or shoveling the snow. In fact, I told our plow guy not to bother. Much of it will be gone by the time I get home.
I’m over it.
There are people who have not had power for almost two weeks and just got it back. Mother Nature, your little joke isn’t funny.
Anyway, I’m writing a quick post because I have to pack and get ready to head into the city. Let’s hope the buses are on time.
I want to see my husband. Today. No ifs, ands, or buts.
I’ll have more tomorrow, which has been officially dubbed “The Day Claudia Searches Frantically for Something to Wear.”
Happy Tuesday.
Enough of the snow! WOW! Get thee to the city and see Don!!!
Thanks, Linda.
I do not envy your clothes hunt! Best of luck, there. And don’t forget to enjoy the city…and your beau!
Thanks, Shanna.
Have a wonderful time and don’t worry about the snow. Please let us see your new outfit!
Thanks, Robin.
Snow, snow, go away
Come again another ~~~~ year. Just paraphrasing.
Good luck shopping. Safe travels.

Thanks, Kathy!
I am so done with winter. I keep looking to the trees to see any sign that Spring is on its way. Can’t wait to see those tiny buds! Hope there are no delays as you travel to the City.
Blessings, Joanne
Thanks, Joanne.
Have a grand time in New York. I am always amazed at the work you do , I know you are tired but, you just keep going. Looking forward to pictures of you trip.
Thanks, Rose!
Hope the bus trip is without incident, Claudia. It’s going to rain for the next week and a half. We do need the rain, but at least my inside time will be reading time. I bought three books yesterday…all on the Obamas: Chasing Light; Obama, An Intimate Portrait; and Obama, the Call of History. I want to immerse myself in a time when I was bursting with pride about who represented us in the White House.
I understand completely. Thanks, Wendy.
Go girl! The driveway can just LUMP IT! Who cares?? Have a terrific time at the opening & good luck finding an outfit. All the new Spring colors will be out but classic black for evening is always around so you should do just fine! Please post a photo of your new finery – preferably with you in it on Opening Night! And break a leg, Don! Peace.

I totally agree! Ready for spring…. Leticia
Thanks, Leticia.
Have a wonderful time!
Thanks, Melissa!
I feel your pain about searching for something to wear. I have an upcoming wedding to go to and I don’t like what I have – – and clothes shopping, in these years, is nothing I enjoy AT ALL. It just makes me want to stay home. And skip the wedding.
Yep!
Hopefully you are safely there by now…best of luck with your search for a new dress!
Thanks, Nancy!
Have a fabulous time in NYC and enjoy your time with Don.
Thanks, Judy!
You are sure to find the perfect dress for an incredible evening out with Don. You will have a fabulous time! Pictures please for us dowdy sweatsuit snowbound ladies ((up

crappy snow is I counted 13 pair of cardinals at our feeders, and some of the males were
feeding their gals. So sweet.
