Greetings from my mini-vacation with my husband. We are spending as much time at the beach as possible, along with wonderful visits with friends and family. Today is the first day that we were able to just let the day happen ~ no appointments, no schedule to keep. A lovely, lazy day. Tomorrow we are going back to the beach one last time ~ husband has to leave on the red-eye Thursday night. But I don’t want to think about that yet.
We’ve had a great time together and it surely will help me get through the next few weeks. Then I will get to go home for about 10 days before I return here to start coaching the Shakespeare Festival.
I’m so glad Don has had a break from the cold, cold, snowy winter back East. He’s a San Diego boy, born and bred, so he needs a good dose of sun and the Pacific Ocean. Nothing thaws better than the warmth of the sun and the smell of the ocean breeze.
More later.

I’ve never visited San Diego, but I sure did enjoy my visit to Monterey, and Northern California. The California coast is beautiful.
So glad that you enjoyed a lovely time together!

Oh, now that is just a terrible thing to do, Claudia.. I can take the posts of all the sunshine, but to show beach photos to me, stuck here in New England… Well, I’ll forgive you since it’s been in the SIXTIES here!! Woo hoo!!! So glad you and your hubby had a good time during his visit…Donna @ An Enchanted Cottage
