Little Lamb Found

July 26, 2010 at 7:15 pm by Claudia

The humidity broke last night. Aaaaah. Much better. The dogs and I actually ventured out onto the porch this morning. There was a cool breeze blowing. I sat on the glider and drank a cup of coffee with my furry friends by my side. Though I am grateful for them, a day without the drone of air conditioners is greatly appreciated.

My little lamb has found a new home – at least for the moment.

And he has a new friend.

I’m off to watch American Pickers – love that show.

Glad to hear you had some nice porch time with the pups. We get the delta breezes here in the evenings and it’s such a nice break from the heat.
Your little lamb and his friend are so sweet!

    Hi Claudia,
How wonderful to set on the porch in the morning when the breeze is so relaxing. I bet your sweet pups really enjoyed it.
Your lamb is too cute and so glad he or she has a new friend.

Congrats on the Romantic Homes feature. I am so excited for you and can’t wait to see it when I receive my issue.
Your blog is wonderful and you are so deserving of the spot.
I will be in the pink pages ads starting with the Nov. issue.

Have a great week and hope the humidity is better.
    Hugs, Celestina Marie

    Claudia,
Love your sweet little lamby. I just got my Romantic Homes today & who do I see???? My friend Cluadia! I just rolled back into town & didn’t see your post about it. Congrats girl, great pics & layout. It’s pretty cool seeing yourself in print isn’t it? Lisa
PS 20 copies sounds good to me, I only have a couple of mine & I spilled a coke all over it in the car on our trip. I almost had a heart attack trying to dry it off & save it.

Now, see? I would have never thought to put an oversized party hat on that little sheep . . . yet he so needed one! Adorable.

Ah yes, the air is better down here, too. Whew!

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
