A Note from the Family

May 5, 2010 at 11:49 am by Claudia

The other day a little note arrived in my mail slot at the theater. The sender was: Sad Trio.

Scout’s writing is getting better all the time. Riley’s – not so much.

I miss my little sad trio – but this little note sure made my day!

Have a great Wednesday.

You certainly made the right decision when you decided that husband of yours was a ‘keeper’ – how thoughtful! Bet your heart smiles every time you look at it :)

You have the smartest dogs anywhere!!! They have better handwriting than a lot of my students did. How sweet of your husband to send this note! How much longer do you have before you go home?

Awww, that is so sweet. I’ve been catching up on your posts, the vignette pictures were lovely and I loved your post on blogging, it was very honest. I feel the same way, a bit shy and I don’t have the pull to be a huge blogger but I’m thrilled to have the people that visit me and humbled they take the time to read my small little corner of the web.

Awwwww, Claudia, I love this! What a precious post! :-)

I hope things are going well for you, aside from missing the family. Are you at least getting a little time to go thrifting or antiquing? I hope so!

I was supposed to have driven home about two hours ago, and here I am, blogging! LOL! It’s a four hour drive, and then I have to do all sorts of other things in the process. Alas, I hope I make it out today!

Sending you warm hugs across the miles. I’m going to come back and catch up on all of your posts later when I finally settle down. Is there actually such a thing as settling down??? I wonder! LOL!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
