Peace

February 24, 2022 at 7:55 am by Claudia

That’s all I have for today. I’m praying for the people of Ukraine.

I have friends in Russia who are against this war. I have friends in Ukraine who now live in fear.

This must stop.

Peace.

Stay safe.

I have no words to add, and I’ll keep the word “Peace” in my mind today.

Yes, can’t think of anything else. May the rest of the world be focused on peace as well.

Amen! In the doll hobby, I have met many wonderful artisans from both Russia and the Ukraine. I can only imagine how it affects their lives. Peace!

Have the comfort and care of a Ukraine family weighing heavy on my heart today. May the evil of war be overcome by the love of God. Prayers of peace and love being uttered here today

Sad, dad day. Its 2022 and somehow this not only feels so very wrong, but very surreal. Not surreal for those caught in the middle, their world being upended. All any of us can do is pray.

I’ve been glued to the TV last night and all night and right now. I’m so worried. As the news commentators say, this is EVIL upon innocent people. To see nervous news reporters on scene and on camera wearing a flap jacket and helmet chilled me to the bone. And to see the fleeing citizens? Thinking to myself, if it were you, what would you do? Where would you go? I told my husband last night, “I feel like it’s 1939-40 and I’m my young mom, seeing newsreels at the movie theater about a marauder in Europe, killing people, destroying cities.”

Praying for Ukraine / praying for peace. Praying this doesn’t escalate /turn into a world war . Very scary times. But I will continue to PRAY.

    Thank you.
I know no one in either Russia or Ukraine, but my heart bleeds for all involved.
I just hope that our government (Australia) immediately increases our humanitarian visa intake.

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
