I will be at rehearsal all day today and tomorrow. I will do my best to visit all of you throughout the weekend.

This little pink bag was one of the goodies offered at the last Barn Sale at La Maison Rustique. Isn’t it lovely?

I was really drawn to this beautiful pink pillow cover.

You know me, I always have to add some flowers. These were the tulips in my apartment this week. I love tulips!

  9. I LOVE your tulips!! I’ve been so tempted to buy a pot of pink ones at the store. I’m definitely planting pink tulip bulbs this Fall.

    BTW…I also commented on your Mr. Mark post. It was beautifully written and brought tears to my eyes. As a former classroom teacher, I can only hope that I touched somme child’s spirit in the same way!

  26. I like the way you chose to shoot the tulips from a different perspective. Shooting into the center of the bloom adds an element of interest. That little pink handbag is so ME! My sympathy on the loss of your friend, teacher and mentor. My fifteen year old granddaughter’s dream of a career in theatre, parallels yours. Thank God for the tirelessly dedicated teachers, who make such an impact on the lives of those they mentor.

  33. I would love to use that little bag. And the fabric of the cover reminds me of some my grandmother had. Really nice pictures. These Pink Saturdays come around so fast but I do enjoy them.

    Your comments about the mentor remind me of someone I knew who loved to help young students in drama.

    I am so thankful there is more than these earthly days and we can spend eternity with the one who died for us. Together with all the other believers.

    That is a very pretty little bag…and the pillowcases are darling. I’m very attracted to pillowcases these days…and I love tulips. I have some white ones in a pot…sooo pretty and springy.
