Shipping Department

February 11, 2012 at 2:11 pm by Claudia

Greetings from my shipping facility.

The kitchen. In my pajamas (of course.) Note box of donuts over on the counter.
My assistant, Riley.
This morning was all about wrapping and boxing.

Then a trip to the post office. The scarves are on their way! And one of Meredith’s shawls sold this morning. I guess we have a little business! I have all sorts of ideas for more handmade treasures. So does Mer.

Thank you for your orders. Thank you for your support.

As you can see, I’m still playing with fonts – this time with my watermark. I really like this one – unfortunately, it’s on Picnik. Darn it! Why the heck does Google have to mess with Picnik? I wish they’d rethink that ill-advised decision. Picnik is still the easiest, best way to make a collage and to edit photos. Google, are you listening?

What are your plans for the day?

You look darling in your ‘jams, Sugar! Donuts?!?! My favorite food, along with Charles Wysocki.

Well, at least you don’t have to eat a package of Shari’s Berries. I told hubs he’s going to have to help me. I cannot/do NOT want to eat them all myself; although, I’m doing a good job of trying. Yikes!!

    xoxo,
    Connie

I love your reality shots. Your ETSY business is now officially started. Mailed. Congratulations indeed.

Today I am going to write up stock, shop the shed and store room for more (boxes of stuff stacked high). I just redid my header while Picnik is still active and I am making collages for several posts ahead.

Hi Claudia! You look so sweet in your pyjamas! So happy that you are doing so well. Your scarves are beautiful. Unfortunately, I cannot wear wool so I will have to pass. But I’m sure you will have other items to offer at a later date. Your sister’s shawls are awesome!

Well, I’m finally out of my pajamas, but if mine were as cute as yours, I’d stay in them all day long. I’m just going to make some soup and read and watch movies.

I LOVE your shipping room. Your assistant looks quite capable!!! LOL

I HATE that Google is doing away with Picnik. I LOVE that service!

You’re right. That was the easiest way to make a collage. However, Photobucket does pretty good too, if you’re looking for another service.

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
