She’s a Border Collie, you know. She’s smart.

  7. Claudia, she’s sooooo cute!

    We had a Border Collie/German Shepherd mix, named Jasper, who we rescued from the pound in 1991 when she was just 1 year old. She passed away in 2002. She was sooooo smart; practically human.

    I still miss her and think about her all the time. She was my beautiful smart girl.

  15. Adorable! We had collies for a number of years and they are sooooo intelligent and so enjoyable (except for the heavy shedding).

    Claudia, did you ever read Dean Koontz “Watchers” about the goldens who could read? It was a nice departure from his usual horror novels. And one of my all time favorites.

  24. So cute. I was wondering what kind of dog she was. I didn’t know she was a border collie. I think because she is so white. Border Collies must be like Springer…….their coloring can be so different.
