Dear friends, thank you so much for your prayers. Between the friends of this blog and my Facebook friends, we had an army of healing prayers sent to Scout, and Don and me, as well.
She came through the surgery beautifully. The mass was removed quite easily and she’s doing very well. The doctor just called us to say we can pick her up in half an hour. Originally, the Vet who is the owner of the practice said it was most likely benign. I think we will trust that it is.
The doctor said she was already feisty. She’s barking at them from inside her cage. A good sign.
Soon she will be home, woozy and wearing a cone. I can’t wait.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your love and prayers. What would I do without you?

Dear Claudia and Don, I just walked into the house after leaving Noble in Hartford. I’ve been thinking about you all day so when I got home, I ran to my computer and read the good news! My cat Louis and I are doing the happy dance around the kitchen. Best news I’ve heard in a long time.
