Back Home

October 30, 2019 at 10:22 am by Claudia

We’re back.

Very, very jet-lagged, trying to reenter gently, which is not so easy when there are county trucks outside trimming trees. A bit too noisy for my taste this morning.

We had the most wonderful time and I want to tell you all about it, but if I may, I’d like to wait until tomorrow. Today, I have to pay some bills and get them in the mail and wash our clothes and see to my outside plants, which survived while we were gone, but probably have a couple of days left before it really turns cold.

A life-changing journey to our favorite city. I hope you were following along on Instagram, both in my posts and in my Stories. I posted many more pictures on Stories. But, of course, I’ll share many of them with you here in the coming days.

I’m so glad we went. I have my husband to thank for that, as well as for being the best travel companion.

I missed you all!

Happy Wednesday.

We will! I’ve had to run some errands and do the wash, but I’m about ready to sit down and read for the rest of the day. Thanks, Carol.

Welcome back. Glad you had a safe trip. Don’t know if you’ve seen a movie on Amazon Prime Video called The Bookshop, staring Emily Mortimer (Newsroom) and Bill Nighy. I enjoyed it; thought of you! Also, new Lee Child book is out: Blue Moon.

Welcome home! I’ve enjoyed following your journey on IG. Ugh about Don’s phone being stolen. But it doesn’t sound like either of you let it ruin your adventure. Get some rest!!

Welcome!

Welcome!

I live in a little cottage in the country with my husband. It's a sweet place, sheltered by old trees and surrounded by gardens. The inside is full of the things we love. I love to write, I love my camera, I love creating, I love gardening. My decorating style is eclectic; full of vintage and a bit of whimsy.

I've worked in the theater for more years than I can count. I'm currently a voice, speech, dialect and text coach freelancing on Broadway, off Broadway, and in regional theater.

Thanks for stopping by.
