Happy Weekend and Happy Pink Saturday! Thank you Beverly for organizing our little party. Please stop by her blog and take some time to visit everyone and leave a comment. We all love receiving comments!
This week we are taking a little trip down memory lane…to my childhood. Those of you who have been reading my PS posts might remember that my mom called me her ‘pink bunny’ when I was a little girl. Look what I found in my dresser drawer: proof.
Happy PS, Claudia! How wonderful that you still have those sweet pieces of clothing. Did your mother embroider on the legs of the pink overalls herself? How adorable I’m sure you were wearing those!!
Happy Pink Saturday!
Big Hugs,
Stephanie

What precious memories, Claudia AKA PINK BUNNY… Who wouldn’t love to be mom’s pink bunny? Happy Pink Saturday!
Linda
It’s interesting what pieces of clothing we choose to keep of our children. My mother kept some simple white gowns, shoes, and a winter muff I had. If you think of a way to display these, let me know. Come visit me at Applejack Lane!
Happy PS, Claudia! OMGosh, your little jumper is too darling! I love your palest pink robe with the pretty silk bows on it! My favorite shade of pink! How wonderful you Mother saved it for you! I’ve done the same for both my daughter and son.
Have a lovely weekend!
Tina
Happy Pink Saturday, Claudia! How adorable are those little garments! All my treasures are blue; three boys!
Blessings,

Sounds like you need to start working on that children’s book! Such sweet stuff. Amazing that you still have clothing from your childhood.
I have given you my Kindred Spirit Award today!
Warmest regards,

How special that you still have your baby clothes. They are lovely and they keep the beautiful memories alive. I had a friend who framed hers in a shadow box and hung it on the wall.

Claudia:
They’re so beautiful! I love old baby clothes, even though none remain of my own.
Also…You won second choice in my 100th Post Giveaway. Come on over to find out how to collect your gift set.
Congratulations!

Amazing that you still have those. I have a couple of my son’s things.
I mowed the upper 40 and John’s going to mow the lower. Heehee. It’s just two acres. On a hot day it seems like much, much more.
Happy PS! Hugs
Those clothes are so sweet!… and Pink Bunny… was an adorable nickname.
You should consider writing that book! Thanks for sharing. Happy Pink Saturday.
I love that your Mom saved some of your pink clothes and called you her pink bunny!
Carolyn
Oh so much to say here.
1. I love that you’re living in your dream cottage… those words just make me smile all over.
2. Your banner is wonderful, I feel like I’ve just peeked inside your bunny hutch
3. Those cute overalls laid out LOOK like a pink bunny… the straps look like bunny ears :-)
4. So sweet that you have clothing from your childhood.
5. Remember seeing some “Pink Bunny” books at an estate sale. Oddly, they were wintry themed.
6. Scrolled down & looked at a few posts… I’ll definitely be back :-)
Happy Pink Saturday!

What sweet little bits! I wish my Mum had saved some of my baby things, but she pitched everything when we were finished with it. She did NOT like “stuff” around….I wonder if that’s why I save EVERYTHING! :-) The little bows all over the robe are just too sweet, aren’t they?
Have a wonderful week, Miss Claudia!
Hugs,
Spencer

What an adorable post…I love it that you were a Pink Bunny…..
Totally deserving title Hunny Bunny…
You’re so lucky to have things from your childhood. I have very little and have always wished my mother hadn’t gotten rid of everything. I guess she’s not as sentimental as I am.
Hi Claudia!!!
Those clothes are so sweet!
Happy Pink Saturday!
Hi Claudia! Love these sweet little baby girl clothes! How nice that you still have them! My mother wasn’t quite so sentimental, but I definitely am! I appliqued my kids’ baby bonnets onto a family quilt I made!.. and I, and future generations will always have them to remember now! Happy Pink Saturday, and hope you’re enjoying a wonderful weekend! ~tina
How cute! Great memories!
My Dear Friend Claudia:
You may want to come and check out my blog real quick. Things are not good honey. We need prayers, and quickly. Please pray. It is so critical right now. I love you, Sherry
so so sweet!!! Nice you saved them and you must have been the cutest of “pink bunnies” imaginable!
Aboslutely adorable. Makes me want to run down to the basement and dig out my daughters baby clothes. Happy PS.
You could write a childrens book, Claudia! I love your little clothes. I wish I had memories like that. I have nothing really from my strange childhood. But I have lovely memories of my life now! So I guess that’s the best thing.
Brenda
Better yet, write your own children’s book with that title! This is my first visit to your blog and I am glad I found you. I taught high school theatre :) for 20 years before I moved on to administration :( ! Stop by and visit my blogs!

Hi Claudia
Thank you so much for your visit to me today…so sorry I am late in responding,I had to work, just got off.
Isn’t is cool when one comes across such items,it like..”there’s no way,I was that small”
That would be a great title to a children’s book…I often think of titles to books that would be intriguing…maybe its a sign, you should write a book???:)

Claudia, I have a question for you. How do you get your signature on each blog post? I’m pretty computer savvy but I’m not sure how to do that. Can you answer please, sugar.
I have a nephew who just got his masters in theater. I think Antony wants to be an opera singer though. Flits between Idaho, Utah and New York.
