Hey, everyone. I have to take my car in this morning. Money is tight, so I delayed doing anything about it over the holidays. I just didn’t drive it. But it needs a new tire (slow leak), probably brake pads, and an oil change. Time to get it checked out.
I am dropping it off early this morning, so I really don’t have the time to come up with a post.
Thanks for understanding!
See you Friday.
Stay safe.
Happy Wednesday.
Ouch. My sympathies to your checkbook.
New battery, patched a tire, new brake pad and rotor, and an oil change.
Needless to say: $$$$$
Just about to leave to go get the car.
Stay safe, Jeanie.
May all go well for you and the car No big repairs, no big repairs. A little chant for good luck.
Take are,
Kaye
Some $$$ were spent. But all necessary.
Stay safe, Kaye.
You’ve mentioned how tight money is right now for you and Don. Have you considered looking into reading for talking books? With your background and your clear and lovely voice I I believe you would be an ideal hire and you could, I think, do it from home. Just a thought. Wishing you well!
I know the business pretty well. You need an agent. I don’t have one. And everybody and his brother is doing that now, especially since lockdown happened. Highly competitive.
But thanks, Barb.
Stay safe.
You’ll be so happy to get your car all fixed up. These well-baby checkups can be expensive. Is Don feeling better? Hope so. Hugs, Elaine
Needed a new battery, plugged a tire that was slow leaking. New brake pad and rotor. Oil Change.
$$$$$$
Stay safe, Elaine.
Oh, cars can be a pain when they need work but we really have no other choice. Hope Don gets over his bad cold and feels better soon. January hasn’t been good for me either healthwise between a nasty virus and ear issues. Someone told me that, after this week, there are only 7 more Fridays until the first day of spring. I’m hanging onto that.
Take care,
Kay
Oh, I love that, Kay! Only seven more Fridays (which means six after today!)
Stay safe.
