When I blogged about my wee little German sheep, Lori of My Faerie Window left a comment saying a sheep should have a hat. She has a wonderful sheep on her mantel with a lovely hat – but her sheep is a lot bigger than mine. Since my little guy is only 2″ high and fragile, I had to be careful adding any weight to his head. All I have here is a glue stick and some wrapping paper. This is what I came up with. I added the little millinery flower to the top – all of it inspired by Lori.
Please check back to follow the conversation!

Hi Claudia,
That is a perfect tiny hat! Ranks a 10 on the cuteness scale. :0)
My local fiber shop sells some handmade fiber animals..some are holding knitting needles and some are crocheting…pretty good size. I’ll have to locate my photos I took and show you. They are really unique.
Thanks for visiting with me for Outdoor Wednesday.
Hugs,
Stephanie ♥

Your little sheep is so sweet. It sure was kind of you to pick those up for Meredith, and so nice of her to let you choose one to keep. I’ve made a few of these sort of sheep over the years, using paper clay and cotton batting. You should give it a try! They make lovely little gifts.
