Around the cottage on a Saturday morning.
I think I might do this kind of post on Saturdays. After having written a long post on Friday, I often don’t have much to say the next day. But photos taken from bits and pieces of the cottage might be fun. And it injects fresh energy into a Saturday morning.
Did you know I have a YouTube Channel? I share a bit about my collections and the cottage and the dollhouses. But lately, I’ve been doing weekly posts on the process of renovating the Beacon Hill. also, i am so pleased for you to have a framed photo on the wall of you and sally field (and others) from when you acted together in “spoiler alert”!!!
i am going to enjoy a do-very-little day today. had a busy week just past, with some little things being much more complicated or time-consuming than i’d hoped or thought they would be, and i have some bigger things coming up, so am going to take it easy today.
hope you, don and everyone else have a good weekend. and that all the tax paperwork is ready for you and don. :)

I love every photo! It’s a wonderful idea. And seeing how much you have already done on Beacon Hill as a whole is inspiring!
It’s so hard to take a picture like that because there’s very little room in which to significantly step back from it.
